With Mela on the mend, I (Don) take over the vlog and try to get some progress made installing shore power inlets.
We shared a couple videos (part 1 + part 2) of installing our bus house power electrical system and a detailed page of Battery, Solar and Electrical set up.
With our current set up we can charge our 3 GC3 Battle Born Batteries with solar panels we installed on the roof.
For additional, flexibility we installed 30 Amp and 50 Amp power inlets so we can charge our bus batteries just about anywhere.
Low on sleep and high on the stress coming out of surgery, the week was a bit of a struggle but it felt good to get something accomplished and seeing the final coverings I am pleased with how the project turned out.

30 Amp Power Inlet Box & Power 25ft Cord Kit
I found this kit was less expensive then buying these items individually. I also like how the cord locks into the box.
15 Amp to 30 Amp RV Adapter
We got this adapter so we can easily charge our batteries with a regular extension cord through our 30 Amp inlet box.
50Amp Power Inlet Box
This is the same brand as our 30 Amp inlet so they match in style.
Heavy Duty 50Amp Power Cord
All 50 Amp cords are a little pricey but this 25ft 50 Amp cord it is really good quality and had good reviews.
